The beep test is a shuttle run test that contains more than 20 meters and is typically used to examine an individual's quality of health. It is a great tool that has been utilized by various organizations and individuals such as coaches, trainers, athletics and weightlifters that are looking to improve the quality of their health and increase beep test score results

The examination process is performed on a stable flat surface and although many that have taken the examination say, it is a very challenging examination to partake in, as the beginning of the test is extremely easy but then the pace begins to accelerate making the test more challenging. The activities requires one to seek and find the highest or steepest hill and train running up and down that hill for a set period of time. 

First, you start the training always giving 100% effort and your goal would be to make it to the top of this hill, once you accomplish your goal by reaching the top. Set your timer, and jog back down to the bottom of the hill allow a 2-minute rest and repeat the process, add this activity to your schedule twice a week about an hour a day.


The results will be beneficial for your body and your cardio. Caution: This is considered the hard part of the training do not overdo it, as it can be overwhelming and can take a lot from an individual if not done moderately. This is a unique and favorable way to improve the physical of your body and your overall health quality. If you can climb the highest and steepest hills like nothing you should be able to increase the beep test scores with flying colors.
